Your Words Are Very Powerful

Here is journaling assignment #37. It's about our words that we speak. Your Words Are Very Powerful.

You've heard this phrase over and over again: "Be careful what you wish for because it just might come true." Your words are powerful. They contain great energy. The words that come out of your mouth directly impact what comes into your life. They are a reflection of how you are thinking and so you can see exactly why your life looks like it does.

This week, monitor your conversations.
What are you saying?
What are you talking about?
Are your words critical?
Do you complain?
Do you sound energetic or tired?

What is the predominant message that you are sending out when you speak to people?
Are you optimistic?
Are you confident?
Are you capable?
Are you fun?

Do you like the conversations you are having and do you like how you sound?

Would you like to make a change in this area?
What might a change be like?
Are you saying "should" a lot?

That's an indication that you have a little critic in your head trying to direct traffic in your life.

Some Of My Thoughts:
Been watching what I say.
Been in conversation about the heatwave.

May we understand that what we say can be a blessings or a curse. May we put a watch over our mouths. May we have good words to speak in due season. Amen.

Thanks for reading.Your Words Are Very Powerful
Staying On The Journey,
Susan
