This is a week to open your mind and play with this idea unabashedly. Describe with more detail than you've ever thought possible about what "your" heaven is like (your heaven because we refer to heaven spiritually, without denomination in mind).
Be explicit in your descriptions; include all 5 senses - touch, sight, sound, hear, and taste. What does it look like? What are you surrounded by? Who is with you? What are you doing? And more importantly, what are you feeling?

The purpose of this week's exercise is to stretch you and take your thoughts to the most wonderful place you could possibly create - your heaven.
When you do this, you exercise your creativity and expand your vision of possibility by identifying the most pleasurable, wonderful, loving places in your imagination. Identifying your 'heaven' provides you with an incredible place to "trade up" to when you experience any kind of negative thinking.
