What Have You Always Wanted To Say?

Here's what's on this weeks session's homework assignment #30

"What have you always wanted to say?"

Many times we censor ourselves from saying what it is we truly want to say.  There are many reasons for doing this - fear of rejection, criticism, or of hurting someone's feelings; self-doubt or lack of confidence; inferiority (who am I to say that?); etc...

The reality is that you have so much wisdom to offer other people; by censoring your words, you deprive people of that wisdom.  You need to speak up and speak out; you can have comfort and confidence doing so by truly knowing that you're coming from the right place - a place of love and compassion.

This week, write about what you've always wanted to say.
It could be "cleaning up" a past relationship; a political opinion; standing up for yourself when someone in your life has put you down; telling someone your true feelings.

As you write, put yourself in that place; how do you feel after you've shared?
If you're really feeling inspired, bring that conversation to life and say what you've always wanted to say.

Some of my thoughts:
May we use God's wisdom in saying things that we always wanted to say but didn't. May we use the right timing in sharing. May we be respect in doing so. May we see a release in sharing what we long wanted to. Amen.

Happiest Person Alive: Who Is The Happiest Person Alive You Have Encountered?

I can't fully answer this question. I have to really know the person and what he or she is going through. It's "real" life when we can go through things when others see the joy that there...

I believe that the atmosphere can change we people come into a room. It can appear as how we speak and approach life as it comes. There is a force there that changes things.

We can describe people in ways that we think they are. Someone may appear sad when they are just thinking. While others may have joy written on their faces while going through a hard time. How is that?

I think it's what we believe. The energy in us can release good or bad reactions. What comes out of our mouth, speaks what's on our hearts. Our minds can place tricks on us.

We can interact with people. We can encourage one another and influence others with what help in life. What others share with us can affect our thinking. We have a choose to receive or let it go.

There are things that we do that trigger others interest. The good that others see in us product good.  I've wondered, what makes a person happy. Is is how people live? What they have? How much money they have?

We all have situations in  our lives that can trouble us. We have to face them. We all go through things. But we all have a choose to make. To  be positive or be negative about what 's going on in our lives.

We can look at life with the eyes of faith. We can make some good out of what is there. And we can do the best to get through life.

I think what we know makes us happy. I mean, that in the good of knowing about things. We can know a lot of things. Some of those things we know aren't all good.

I believe that there are times when we can change the atmosphere where we are at. It's by what we say. What we do in response to what's going on in our lives.

We speaks words of blessings. We speak words of cursing. We choose. Be a blessings or be a cure. I rather be a blessing.

I know that we have sorrow in our lives. But we shouldn't be sorrowful all the time. That's not healthy.

Happiness come from within our belief system. What we believe to be so. What we know is to be the truth. Who we know that can help us live the life in which we should.

Some more of my thoughts on happiness in my life.
I can appear happy when I'm going through things in my life.
People have told me that.

May we learn to be positive in life. May we bring happiness to those around us. May the joy of the LORD be our strength. May we be a blessing wherever we go. AMEN!

Who Is The Happiest Person Alive You Encourntered Today?

Here is this session's homework assignment, #29
"Who was the happiest, alive, person you encountered today?"

We are conditioned by our environment and "carry forward" the energy of the people around us. Look for people who exude joy.  Notice them; the way they walk, the way they talk, and their excitement.

Describe this person with as much detail as possible.
Was their energy infectious?
How did they change the way you were feeling in the moment?
How can you be around or interact with this person more often?
Who else is like this that you can add to your "inner circle" of influence?
What are the triggers that have you feeling the same way?

Some Of My Thoughts:
This is a hard one.

Making Challenges For Myself

I know that it's good to face fear, head on. There are things that has to come on order to go through what brings fear on. I've been trying to face some of my fears.

There are some things that I've been holding onto. Perhaps fear of letting go of things that causes more fear. I don't know. I'm learning to let go.

I don't know why I avoid things that I know that brings on fear. Little by little I think I'm making progress. Well, it's worth a try.

There are some people who bring up things in conversations that gives me the jitters. I can't seem to shake it. Wonder way this happens?

I haven't really thought about anyone who is really successful that I would like to know. I don't know what to talk about.  Really, I don't know.

I need to dedicate my time to exercise more. I'm lacking the discipline in doing so. I need to take actions in my life. I need to be around of what's going on.

I've notice that I'm get tried more during the past two weeks. I need to get more rest. I have to have balance in my days.

As for my relationships... I have little social friends. I have learned that I can't share things with certain friends. I seem to know as my friendships grow. What to share and what not to share.

I know I need to start somewhere. I  need to challenge myself to face things. If I do things little by little maybe I would be overwhelm when things come.

May we journal how we can challenge ourselves. May we be aware of how we feel. May we experience the positive outlook at the things that bring us fear. Amen.

Challenge Yourself - Face Your Fears

Assignment  "Challenge yourself - Face your Fears"

From the home assignment:

There is something so freeing and exhilarating when you challenge and transcend your fears.  There was a wonderful book written by Susan Jeffers called Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway that talks about facing and "walking through" our fears.

What's amazing is that when we "walk through" our fears, we not only find the fear to be an illusion, but in many cases we find our greatest passion on the other side of it.

Many people who have been terrified of public speaking find that once they do it a few times, the exhilaration experienced is something that they want to do as often as possible. Transcending our fears also builds tremendous self-confidence and self-esteem. ©

This week, do something (or many things) that create fear for you.
Who have you been avoiding?
What conversations have you been steering clear of and with whom?
Who is really successful that you would like to know?
Where have you resisted dedicating your time?
What actions aren't you taking in your business?
In your health?  In your relationships?

These are all places to start looking at where you can start.  Journal how you challenged yourself, what you felt, and what you experienced that was positive.

© A word about phobias. I have one. It's freeway driving. I tried to feel the fear and do it anyway on a horrific drive from Las Vegas to N. California. It didn't work. I'm sure I created this but so far have been unable to effect the brain changes necessary for my fear area to be overly activated. Love yourself though this exercise. Don't pound yourself.

Some of my thoughts:
I have to work on this.

Who Do I Love? I Love Myself & Others

I love myself.  It's a good confession. I have to live with myself all the time. So I should learn to love myself. I have to grow in the things in life that comes.

Thee should be a balance in how I do things. I should love others. It should be in a healthy manner. A good relationship with yourself is good. It helps out with relationships with others.

I tend to watch what I say about myself. I catch myself saying negative things about myself. I need to stop that. I should say what the Bible says about who I am in Christ Jesus. His words bring hope to my soul. I am not my own.

As I'm learning to love myself I can love others. I can show love through me actions. Love is patient. Love is gentle. There is so much more to love than we can express to others.

May the love of God that is within us be known to others around us. May we love as we should. May the Spirit of God guide us in our lives. Amen.

Who Do I Love? I Love God

I can say that I love God. He is in my thinking every day. I believe God cares for me. There are times I'm aware He in my presence.  I talk to God as much as I can.

I express my concern with Him. I believe He hears me. He's a loving God. He is the Creator of life itself. God loves.

I fee safe and assure that God is who He days He is. I read the written word in scripture. Scripture brings encouragement to me. I'm built up... I 'm lifted and corrected by His Holy Spirit.

There are words I can't express..the love I have for God. God loves me more than I can love myself. I can love because God's Spirit dwells in me. I can express God's love to others.

Who Do I Love? What Is Love?

What is love? We need to know what is love. I hear of people say "I love you" What do it mean to love someone?

Is it an affection or expression in one's behave toward one another in which expression is shown? Is it showing favor? Or likeness of adoration?

Being loved is a good feeling. There are some think about love that can be expressed in words or in actions. Love comes for God. For God is love. God's love is unconditional.

It doesn't matter what we do, God will still love us. Because He is love. We should repent when we get out of hand. We should have some respect.

People's love is conditional. Issues in life come and goes. We aren't prefect. Love cast out fear. Love is kind. Love never fail. 1 Corinthians 13: The Love Chapter.

Who Do You Love?

Here is this session's homework assignment #27,
"Who do you love?"

Love is the antidote to anger.  It is an incredibly powerful emotion that can transform and boost any relationship.  In the world of energy, love calibrates at an exceptionally high level; the importance of this for you is that when love is present in any relationship, it positively impacts the energy you carry forward in all of your other relationships.

This week, the focus is on love.

Each day, write about someone in your life whom you love, and why you love them.  Put aside any judgments, criticisms, or challenges you have with each person you write about and just feel love for them.

This process will start to condition you towards thinking and feeling love towards everyone else in your life and in the world, and will bring incredible energy into your existence and relationships.  You will start to become a magnet for loving people and draw them into your life.

For some of us even though we know we love someone, there may be some yucky feelings that just won't go away. If that is the case, and you'd really like to "go for it" here, go to this page on the website and you'll get a really powerful tool to use: http://allaboutlifecoaching.com/how-to-write-a-love-letter

Consider this too...
Do your love yourself?
Is it possible to feel that way about you?

Trading Up

I've been having issues with my online status. I haven't be able to be online much since April 28, 2011. So, I had to Trade up on some things.

I've been trading the time that I wasn't online with cleaning. I found some photos and made a collage. Also, I've been journaling the old fashion way. I started a Blog Journaling Blog Notebook. I wrote some future post for my xanga site.

Trading up is a good thing to do. When one thing doesn't work, do other things. I did have a good time being offline. I wanted to be online. Hope that this doesn't happen too often.

May we learn to trade up when things don't come our way. May we go with the flow of live. May the LORD grant us wisdom to Trade Up things in our lives.
Amen.

My Life's Purpose

The answers from the assignment in first person....

What comes to me most naturally?

I don't know.  There are things that bring me joy. I can remember some things that I see as important. There are things I note that are worthy to be noted. I like searching my family history.  I look for the uniqueness in things.

How can I execute my sweet spot in a way that positively impacts the world I live in: my environment  in my community?

I use what I do in ways I try to be creative. I like to add some special things in life to others. I have a website on my family history. Also recently, I'm using facebook to sames some photos.  I see that in sharing, things can bring good into our lives. It's an witness for others as well.

Purpose: sharing positive, impactful messages that inspire hope and possibility in others and help people raise their self-confidence and self-esteem.

What I do and others can build a relationship and growing life.  We can see the similar things in life. We can laugh and relate to one another.  We should see the good in others.

How does my purpose reflect my highest values and my greatest fascinations?

I see that I'm planting seeds for the future generations. I'm allowing people in the future to see how things were in our present days. What fascinations I see can bring some good into others' lives.

What do I want my life to be about?

Over the years I can say my purpose in life is connection with the living God. I want to reflect Christlike image....to be more and more Christlike.

To love God and others
To walk humbly before God
To do justice.

The more I becoming who God wants me to become, I feel that I'm living out the purpose for my life. With the help of the Holy Spirit I'm becoming.

What change do I want to see most occur in the world and how can I facilitate it?
The change is to bring peace to a dying world. That starts with one person at a time. The only true peace comes through the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ.

May we be used by God. May we see our purpose in life. May we grow in the love of the LORD in all that's there for us to do for the glory of God. AMEN!

What Is Your Purpose?

Here is this session's homework assignment, "What is your purpose?",

Assignment #26

This is connected to your sweet spot, but not quite the same thing.  Your sweet spot is what you are best at - and what comes to you most naturally.  Your purpose is broader.  It's how you want to contribute to the world in an all-encompassing statement.

We all have the same inner purpose: to be joyful.  That's our first priority.  However, we all have an external purpose - how we interact in the world; this is different for everyone on the planet.
This week, define your purpose.
Another term for this is  your personal mission statement

Think about and write about the answers to these questions:

How can you execute your sweet spot in a way that positively impacts the world you live in: your environmentyou're your community?  i.e. Sweet spot: communicating powerful messages;

Purpose: sharing positive, impactful messages that inspire hope and possibility in others and help people raise their self-confidence and self-esteem).

How does your purpose reflect your highest values and your greatest fascinations?

What do you want your life to be about?
What change do you want to see most occur in the world and how can you facilitate it?

Some Of My Thoughts:I'm hoping to think on this questions.
Been having trouble getting online.
Hope to finish my assignment....
