Life's Simple Pleasures
Each day, identify the little things in your life that cost little or no money that give you tremendous pleasure.

For example:
enjoying the warmth, aroma, and taste of a warm cup of tea on a rainy day, curled up in a lounge chair with nothing to do but enjoying your tea;

going to the cinema and watching an action movie on the big screen with surround sound and popcorn; kissing your spouse good morning; etc.

Describe how these pleasures make you feel.
                Enjoy them.

Revel in the great pleasure you get from them
           despite their simplicity.

Notice their abundance in your life.
            They are everywhere.

Here's Some Of My Thoughts:

May we take pleasure in the simple things in life. May we see the beauty that brings us joy. May we enjoy our lives every day. May we find those simple pleasure of life at brings peace. Amen!
